My friend Joe is, among other things, very eloquent when it comes to explaining semi-obscure (and entirely helpful) new-agey concepts. Honestly, I gloss over so much of this kind of thing, but this is super cool– I feel like I’m being let in on some cosmic secret that has been well-investigated by science. How did I not hear about this before? Ladies and gentleman… how to quiet your mind.
